Hussainsagar Lake - Hyderabad (Andhra Pradesh)

Hussainsagar Lake - biggest and beautiful lake in Hyderabad, excavated in 1562 A.D. by Hussain Shah Wali during the time of Ibrahim Quli Qutb Shah. In the middle of this lake, there is very big and tallest statue of Buddha stands `Rock of Gibraltar'. Many facilities are available on this lake, like Boating, 48 Seater launch etc. Starlit dinner on-board and private parties also can be arranged on the Launch. Hussainsagar is also famous for Boating and water sports, as they are the regular features.
